Francesca Esposito is a Registered Dietitian working in Private Practice. She has a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics Degree (University of Natal) and a Masters in Nutrition (Stellenbosch University).
Francesca aims to empower her clients with the knowledge and skills they need to achieve their goals and optimise their health and well-being.
The modern-day way of living poses significant challenges when it comes to eating healthily. Stress, time limitations, poor energy levels and sub-optimal health all contribute to this. Francesca believes that the key to long-term success is finding what works best in the context of one’s life, achieving a good balance to ensure that the pleasure of food and eating is not destroyed, and finding solutions to over-come the barriers and challenges one experiences on the journey.
Although a large part of her job involves individual consultations in private practice, she also enjoys working on corporate projects, such as assisting companies with advice on how to improve the nutritional well-being and health of their employees, thereby impacting on their productivity
