Self care is "me too". So important to remember in a caring job.

What an excellent lecture/course. We have to remind ourselves and colleagues to not only care for patients, but look with "friendly eyes at ourselves AND each other.

A vital course for all healthcare workers

This course was surprisingly enjoyable. It helped me identify areas that I need to address within my own practice and provided tools to address these areas. I would recommend it to all healthcare practitioners at any stage of their career.
