Course Description
“When you hear hooves behind you don’t expect to see a zebra” – a patient’s lived experience of a hypermobility disorder, osteoporosis, and fatigue.
Hypermobility syndromes are often poorly recognised by healthcare practitioners. This clinical presentation will include a patient sharing her experience of living with a hypermobility disorder.
The presentation will conclude with an approach to activity pacing as part of a management strategy for fatigue.
