Kristy’s one true passion is people and all the dynamics that go along with them. She has spent much of her entire 20-year long career in the pursuit of effective employee engagement and communications, with tangible outcomes.
Starting from humble beginnings as a junior in the Change Management and Communications spaces, Kristy has worked on a multitude of projects, as well as established herself for extended periods of time in departments at clients, executing exciting and effective Change and Comms solutions.
As a more senior resource she tackled large scale projects, from private companies to massive parastatals. A skilled relationship builder, she loves a challenge and is constantly in pursuit of new ways to shift mindsets and successfully land messaging with a wide spectrum of audiences.
Concurrently Kristy has pursued her love of the entertainment industry as an actor, singer, director, writer, voice artist and vocal coach.
Kristy also thrives in the facilitation space and is energized by new groups of people, having used these skills throughout her career.
Kristy has worked for a host of clients including the following: Nando’s SA, Nando’s International, Kimberly-Clark, WesBank, Nedbank, Harmony Gold, SABC, SAA, Aspen Pharmacare and Transnet, to name a few.
It will be Kristy’s second time facilitating in the Off Nicol space and she cannot wait to return! The subject of Ethics is one of her passions and coupled with the fascinating subject of the Generation Gap – what could be better!
