Jhandré is a dedicated physiotherapist with a Master’s degree in Sports Physiotherapy and has been practicing in outpatient care since 2019. She graduated with distinction from the University of Pretoria in 2018 and completed her Master’s degree in 2024, with her research focused on running-related injuries.
She is a certified lymphoedema and lipoedema therapist through the Lymphoedema Training Academy (LTA Global), and is registered with the National Practice Registrar (NPR) and a member of the Lymphoedema Association of South Africa (LAOSA).
Jhandré has a particular passion for the recognition, treatment and long-term management of lipoedema, strengthened by her own personal experience with the condition. This has given her a strong interest in improving awareness and helping healthcare professionals recognise lipoedema earlier, differentiate it from other conditions, and guide patients towards appropriate care.
She practices at BRH Physiotherapy in Bryanston, where she also serves as the Practice Manager of the Bryanston branch. Her other clinical interests include sports and orthopaedic injuries, concussion management, and lymphoedema management.
