Now that we understand how to grade, classify, and diagnose muscle injuries (PART 1) – our rehabilitation has become that much easier.

When it comes to sports injuries, muscle strains are the most common type to reoccur in athletes and sedentary individuals. This begs the question… Why is that so? Surely if this is the most common type of injury, it has to have really good outcomes?

This CPD accredited course follows on from PART 1 and provides a solution to these issues. The grading of muscle injuries is absolutely essential to successful rehabilitation of these injuries and therefore the rehabilitation in the specific phases of these muscle injuries.
